  Welcome to the Tiddington Community Centre (TCC)...

The TCC is an independent Charity (No: 1093526) that offers leisure, recreation, education and the arts facilities in Tiddington for village residents and the wider local community.

  • Venue: Moving Pictures, Music, Theatre, Dance, Festivals and the Arts
  • Functions (available for hire): Weddings, Parties, Wakes, Events, Conferences etc.
  • Alcohol:  Licensed for the supply and sale of Alcohol for approved functions 
  • Pre-School: The TCC is home to Tiddington Pre-School a Register Charity
  • Community: Home to the Brownies, Blue Fish Youth Group, Tea & Chat, Community Bingo, Tiddington WI, TCC Tai Chi,
    Pre-School, Stratford Hospice Tea-Dances and provides a Meeting Place and Community Facility for many more. 
  • Parish of Alveston: The TCC is on a 35-year renewable lease from the Church and is a regular meeting place for St James' Alveston and St Peter's Manor Road Social activities
The TCC consists of an entrance hall with ladies, gents and disabled toilets and full disabled access.
The hall is some 14.9 x 8.9 meters plus a raised stage which is 6.8 by 4.9m plus two side areas with a piano. There is one meeting room that can be reached with independent access of 3.3 by 4.7 meters and a store room. The kitchen is fully fitted
and is 3.3 by 6.0 meters including fitted cupboards and has 2 fridges, a cooker and an ample supply of crockery and cutlery.  There is room for the parking of approx 24 cars - more if carefully parked!

Over £81,000 has been spent in the last 24 months on refurbishment. The TCC has all new electrics, lighting and heating, all new wash rooms, refitted kitchen, new roof, new double glazed windows, new safety flooring and has been repainted. The car park has been resurfaced and we also have a new wooden fence surrounding the premises!

We have now placed on order a PA System and Loop for the hard of hearing, new curtains and drapes for the stage plus new front of house and stage lighting. In addition we have ordered a new 4m by 3m electric screen and ceiling mounted projector plus a DVD player and PA System with 4-speakers!
A new commercial cooker and dishwasher have been recently
installed and our 40 new light-weight chairs are proving very popular!
